Osberton - day one

Osberton got off to a very good start this morning in the fog, with Ramdam de Mons doing a lovely test to score 35.5.  He was very relaxed and obedient, and produced his best 2* test to date.  That currently puts him in second place behind the Frenchman on 32.

I was also delighted with Secret Night, who went really well and is just behind Ramdam in third on 37.  

The judges on my two were very even, and we just need to hold on to our positions with another whole day of dressage to go.

The Graduate went very well today in the 5yo final.  He went as well as I could have hoped as he is inexperienced and the test was not an easy one for him.  He scored 33.8, and is a little way down the order but hopefully this will be a very good experience for him.

We have got a busy day tomorrow, we kick off on Gubby Leech's horse Blickfield at 08.30.
