Osberton Jumping

Osberton came to a very happy conclusion for Cayiano with a lovely clear on the show jumping and a second rosette.
He did a super clear in the cross country yesterday inside the time, he had no problem with any of the fences but the whole occasion was quite daunting and at time he was very green. It was not a difficult track and was not very imaginative, but it was a lot bigger and very well decorated, so there was lots to look at.
Today again the course being a 105 was bigger than he is used to but he coped really well. He was a bit exuberant and argumentative at times but overall he took everything in his stride and found it all very easy. It was a great class to finish second in. I always thought he could be a competitive 5yo but the Championships came up quite soon and he is still a real baby, so his result is no mean feat. I might do one more 100 on him just so he goes on his holidays after a nice quiet run.
I am now on my way home and off to Boekelo with Grafennacht tomorrow. Apparently high winds are on their way so I need to get on the ferry as soon as possible, it is a real pain my lorry is too tall to go on the tunnel!
