Thorseby jumping

 Oratorio jumped a good clear show jumping and as he was Harry’s first ride on the cross country we decided it shouldn’t be done on a strange horse so he was withdrawn.

Little Fire knocked the first jump then jumped a beautiful round show jumping.  He then popped around the cross country for fun and I hoped Harry enjoyed his round as much as it looked like he did.

Very happily Little Fire is all set for Badminton and I am hoping to ride Oratorio in the advanced at Burnham Market after I have had my 21 days.

Stuart Buntine did a brilliant job getting Thoresby back on the road after two years, it is the most fabulous setting, and we are so lucky to be there and the event has got a really good vibe.  This year we were obviously lucky with the weather and the ground was superb.

Sadly I won’t be riding at Portman but I very much hope to be there and am looking forward to doing my clinic on Thursday, and then it is all about the Grand National and Snow Leopardess.
