Maryland - show jumping and finale

It was fantastic to finish second at Maryland with Grafennacht. She jumped a really good round and was so nearly clear. , but how oftend o we say that....
She felt fantastic after cross country, trotted up well, and has come out of the event looking like she has done nothing. As usual there are plenty of ifs, buts and maybes, but to finish second is a big thrill for the team.
I am now travelling down to Chile for the Pan Ams, another busy week but on my feet!
