Badminton - final day

Badminton came to a very pleasing conclusion with Grafennacht looking great after the cross country.  She trotted up well and put in a really nice round of show jumping.  Even though she had three down I was very pleased with how she jumped, she coped well with the soft ground, and will really find the third day easier in her next 5*.

The show jumping course was absolutely up to height, very square and required some jumping.  There were only 4 clears out of 30, and there were many other horses that had 3 down, so she did not in any way disappoint us.  She finished in 14 place which is a wholly respectable result in such conditions.  I was delighted with her and she has come home today on great form.
