Chatsworth - Friday

We made an early start for Chatsworth today with four horses to do the 1 and 3 star CIC's.

Cool Mountain got the day off to a great start with a good test to score 46.7. He was back to his old self and did some lovely work, so I was very happy with him.

Chilli Morning is currently in the lead on 31.7 which is a fantastic score, probably the best I have ever had. He did a fault free test feeling relaxed and confident, and to score that is a real boost.

Reinstated is in the 1* which is quite a big question for him, having not competed since the Novice at Portman. I was delighted with how he went, he did some super work, he just made a couple of small mistakes.

Beautiful weather up here, but they have obviously had some quite a lot of rain because the ground was quite soft, but I am sure by Sunday the ground will be quite dry.
