Maryland - cross country

I was delighted with Grafennacht, she was pure class.  Everyone talked about the course riding really big and I have got to say it really didn’t. She jumped round for fun.  We had a frustratingly long hold, which was obviously not good for our rythymn, but the other half of the run was perfect.  I also annoyingly ended up with time faults but I was pretty sure we had gone inside the time so lodged an objection which was not upheld.  I just have to get on with it, and am still very excited to be in 2nd place.  She had a jump this morning, Piggy gave me a hand with a little warmup.  Am really hoping Grafennacht has got her springs on for later.  Show jumping is not her forte but we are really wishing she might jump the jumps.
