Farley Hall

I had Clifton Signature out again today, just getting to know him.  I didn't run him cross country as that was never my intention, but he did a pleasing test of 31 and had an unlucky pole down show jumping.

Yes I Can did a nice test of 33, and another very good clear show jumping.  We unfortunately had crossed wires at the owl hole on the cross country but he was otherwise going very easily.

Little Fire and Oratorio were out again for the first time since Tatts and both had a very satisfactory day. Little Fire did a dressage of 30 and a super double clear. And Oratorio was fifth after dressage on 28 and also jumped clear.  He went cross country effortlessly, and more importantly I seem to have my brakes back.

It was an excellent event in a lovely spot and the power harrowing of the dry ground worked very well and there was lovely old turf on top.
