Blair cross country

It ended up rather a mixed Blair trip.  I had a maddening fall on Yes I Can, I managed to fall at the smallest fence on the course and I am not sure why it happened, but luckily he had a good run most of the way around which is what he needed before Blenheim.

The high point of the weekend was Atlantic Vital Spark getting his 4*s qualification for Blenheim with lovely clear rounds. He gave me a very good ride today and felt confident and ready for Blenheim which is the main thing.  I think he might have managed to get a lowly rosette but he was not there for points and prizes, he was there for qualification and education.

All in all it was a pretty good Blair.  The whole show was crazy busy and we were very lucky with some lovely weather, just sadly they were short of entries particularly in the 4*L.  They lost their date to Millstreet when they hosted the Europeans and poor Blair are rather suffering as the whole world and his dog are in Millstreet.
