We were absolutely devastated to receive the news of Mike's death today.
Both Alice and I have been hugely supported and influenced by Mike throughout our respective careers, in his role as a selector, and as course designer at Burghley he shaped my career.
For Alice - three of the happiest years of her life were spent living and training with the Tuckers whilst at University, and Mike was an incredible mentor in her broadcasting career.
All our love and thoughts are with Angela, Andrew and Emma, and the grandchildren.
