Houghton final day

We had a good finish to Houghton today with Yes I Can jumping a super clear and finishing seventh.  He had three very good days and really couldn't have gone any better, and it was down to the dressage judges opinion at the end of the day.  

Seventh Heaven also came out on very good form today and was unlucky to roll one pole.  He jumped a super round and the whole Houghton experience will have done him the world of good.

Andarilho also came out of the cross country yesterday well and jumped an excellent round, annoyingly having the first fence down.  

The Houghton team did a great job and it was a fun weekend for everyone but there was a lot going on so it probably felt quit chaotic.  My main gripe would be that there was no hospitality or coffee shop near the stables so the event had no centre to it, everything felt quite disjointed but everyone was busy and getting on with the competition.
