On Saturday it was back to Bicton with Cayiano, for his first competition since Cirencester Park. As it had been so long I decided to move him into a 100 again just to get him back and on the job.
He did a super test to be in the lead on 25, jumped a very decent clear and the flew around the cross county inside the time, to clinch a win.
It is always nice to win but it wasn’t about the winning, I was just very pleased that he was very concentrated and focused.
We are now having a rethink as to what his plan will be, and I am hoping to step back to up Novice very soon.
